Usage Rights: All work produced by points-N-snaps Photography LLC remains ©points-N-snaps Photography LLC. Clients receive a license for personal or promotional use. Any resale, redistribution, or additional commercial use requires written permission.
Booking & Retainer Policy: A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due no later than the event date. Dates are not confirmed until the retainer is received.
Cancellations: Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with advanced notice.
Travel Fees: CT: Sessions beyond 30 miles (one-way) may incur a travel fee based on distance
NYC/MA/RI: Bookings may incur an additional logistics fee
Outside the Tri-State Area: Require a custom travel quote
